Days Late and An Open Carry State Short

I am so glad that state of Utah’s second amendment right is more protected than women’s first amendment right. It is ironic how stories where groups of men silence intelligent women are just as common in the U.S. as they are in the middle east. An area of the world that the U.S. is constantly trying to liberate and bring democracy and freedom of speech to. Shit, does the U.S. need to liberate Utah now?
The fact that Anita Sarkeesian can’t speak in a public forum makes it blatantly obvious that there is a undeniable problem with our society. Do I like what she says? Not all the time. I am a white guy. How hard has my life been? Its difficult to fully grasp how the other gender and other races feel from where myself and all the other white guys sit. It is difficult to hear the truth. That doesn’t mean that I don’t listen to her. That doesn’t mean that we as a society shouldn’t change. The recent events prove that we have to change. We haven’t gotten much better in the last one hundred years.

An Open Letter to Google Play Music. (Yes, I sent it to ’em!)

Censored music, really? There should be an account setting for censored or explicit. After all I can block explicit music on my instant mixes. I am thirty-five years old. I know where babies come from. I can stand a few f-bombs in my music. Also, due the fact that I am thirty-five, I have better things to do than to check explicit for each individual song. Because of this I will not be uploading my impressive collection of 90’s gangsta rap. This has been a problem since launch. C’mon. Al’s cool, not Tipper. Save the environment, not people’s ears from f-bombs.
